The editorial office of Vilniaus žinios (Vilnius News) was functioning in this corner house. At this address Aleksandras Jurašaitis was renting his photography and zincography studio. At the end of 1907 and in January of 1908 M. K. Čiurlionis was bringing announcements to the editorial office about music theory and piano lessons he is giving. And in June 1909 he was preparing a cliché of a portrait photo, taken by S. F. Fleury, for printing in the zincography studio.
