Rietavas Aušros Vartų (Gate of Dawn) Chapel–Mausoleum of the Ogiński family is located on the site of the former cemetery, next to Plungės street running along the western edge of the Manor homestead.

The chapel was built in the second half of the 19th century, reconstructed in 1902. In 1985, the interior reconstruction was carried out, and in 1998–2002 the exterior was reconstructed (to the project of architect Živilė Mačionienė). Michał Ogiński, the Prince of Plungė and the patron of M. K. Čiurlionis, as well as his brother, Prince Bogdan Ogiński, their mother Olga Ogiński and several other unidentified representatives of this family are buried here.
