Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis Route. Monumental sculpture Šventė (Celebration)
Between Perloja and Merkinė. P. Dužinskas’ sculpture is a thick column containing 2 large, detailed friezes with figures of musicians (lower), singers (upper) and text from various Lithuanian folk songs arranged by Čiurlionis. The sculpture is covered by cross roof with the iron sun made by J. Praninskas.
