A group of two works between Perloja and Merkinė. I. Užkurnis’ Varpininkas (Bell Ringer) is a high relief composition of large forms: a bell ringer’s figure in profile at the bottom, arches and towers above it, a bell under a gable roof at the top. The front side of R. Kilys’ sculpture Bėkit, bareliai (Run, You Fields) is divided into 4 parts, containing reliefs based on the motifs of the Lithuanian folk song arranged by Čiurlionis as well as lines of the text. The reliefs were coloured by M. Bičiūnienė.
